If you are interested in participating in our conference, please fill out the registration form at

Before enter the registration page, please read some guidance on the registration below. The submission for short communications and poster session is closed.

Deadline of registration for the conference dinner is Friday, August 16, 2013 (in Japan standard time).

The registration for the conference is wellcome before Friday, August 16, 2013.
However, it is still acceptable even later.

Notice for the registration page

• The items marked by * are required to answer.
• It is necessary that your browser allows to accept "Cookie" from the site.
• It is also necessary that your browser can use JavaScript.
• If you have not fixed your schedule, please write a tentative plan at the forms of Arrival/Depature date.

Modification of your registration

If you want to change the contents of your registration after you have registered once, do the registration process again and send an e-mail to

gf2013@ms.u-tokyo.ac.jp (with Subject: modification of registration)

telling that the previous one should be ignored and deleted. Moreover, if you could, please tell us the ID of the previous one (which is indicated in the confirmation e-mail). If you want to cancel your registration, also send us an e-mail.

E-mail registration

Although electronic registration through the web page is preferred, you can register by email in case you have serious trouble with the GF2013 registration web page.
